Help for the little room of drawn characters who answer everyday questions.
Typed questions are answered by Apple's on-device model, which needs an iPhone or iPad with Apple Intelligence switched on and iOS 26 or later. On other devices, tap a character and choose one of the ready-made questions instead. Those work everywhere, even offline.
Pins, your room and your chosen characters are kept only on this device. If you delete the app or use "Reset Everything" in Settings, they are removed and can't be brought back, because nothing is copied to a server.
Replies can be mistaken, and they aren't professional advice. You can flag a reply from its card. If something keeps coming up, write to us and mention the character and roughly what you asked.
